End user license agreement
This agreement is between Wagmi Tech Limited Şirketi ("Wagmi Tech", "we", "us") and the organization that installs Recurro ("you"). By installing or using Recurro, you agree to it. If you install Recurro on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization to this agreement.
1. License
While you hold a valid license bought through the Atlassian Marketplace, or are within a free trial or a free tier, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Recurro with your Jira Cloud site for your internal business purposes.
2. Restrictions
You may not resell, sublicense or rent Recurro; reverse engineer it except where the law allows; use it to break the law or Atlassian's terms; or try to get around its licensing.
3. Purchase, fees and refunds
Recurro is sold through the Atlassian Marketplace. Prices, billing, renewals and refunds follow the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use.
4. Your data
Your data stays yours. How Recurro handles it is described in our privacy policy.
5. Support and updates
We provide support by email at support@wagmitech.co and may release updates. Updates are delivered automatically through Atlassian.
6. Warranty disclaimer
Recurro is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Its availability also depends on Atlassian's platform, which we don't control.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or business. Our total liability under this agreement is limited to the amount you paid for Recurro in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Term and termination
This agreement lasts while you use Recurro. It ends when your license ends or when you uninstall the app. We may end it if you materially breach it and don't fix the breach within 30 days of notice. Sections 6, 7 and 10 survive termination.
9. Changes
We may update this agreement. The current version is always at this address. Material changes take effect 30 days after we publish them. If you keep using Recurro after that, you accept the new version.
10. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
