Privacy policy
Recurro runs entirely on Atlassian's Forge platform. It does not send your data to Wagmi Tech or any third party, and Wagmi Tech cannot read the data it stores.
This policy explains what data Recurro, the Jira Cloud app published by Wagmi Tech Limited Şirketi ("Wagmi Tech", "we", "us"), processes and why. It applies to the app and to this website. It supplements the Wagmi Tech privacy policy, which covers our company as a whole.
For data processed in your Jira site, your organization is the data controller and Atlassian processes it on your behalf. For support emails and this website's access logs, Wagmi Tech is the data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and, where it applies, the EU GDPR.
Data the app processes
To create work items on a schedule, Recurro stores the following in your Jira site's Forge storage:
- Rule settings: project, work type, summary and description templates, labels, priority, schedule, time zone, and optional board.
- Atlassian account IDs of the rule's creator and of the assignee and reporter you choose.
- Run history: when a rule ran, the key of the work item it created, and any error message.
Recurro reads from and writes to your Jira site through Atlassian's APIs only to check permissions, create work items, and add them to a sprint.
Where the data is stored
All app data is stored and processed by Atlassian as part of the Forge platform, under Atlassian's privacy policy. Recurro has no external servers and makes no calls outside Atlassian.
What we can see
We cannot access the data Recurro stores in your site. If your site administrator allows log sharing, we may see app error logs for troubleshooting. We write those logs so they contain no work item content, only identifiers and error codes.
Retention and deletion
Data stays in your site while the app is installed. When you uninstall Recurro, Atlassian deletes the app's stored data according to its Forge data retention policy. Work items that Recurro already created are ordinary Jira work items and stay in your site.
Support requests
When you email support@wagmitech.co, we receive whatever you choose to include. We use it only to answer you and delete it within 12 months after the request is closed.
This website
recurro.wagmi.tech sets no cookies, uses no analytics, and loads nothing from third-party servers. Our hosting provider keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security, for up to 90 days.
Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11 and, where it applies, the GDPR, you may ask whether we process your personal data, request access, correction or deletion, object to processing, and claim compensation for unlawful processing. Data stored by the app is under your site administrator's control. For anything we hold, such as support emails, apply by email to support@wagmitech.co or by registered electronic mail (KEP) to wagmitech@hs06.kep.tr. We answer within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above. If a change affects what data the app processes, we'll also announce it in the app's Marketplace release notes.
